The ergonomical and full-featured Sea & Sea MDX-a7II underwater housing allows for operation of the Sony Alpha A7 II, A7R II and A7S II camera's essential controls in a low profile design.  Using the newly developed ML-NX Conversion Ring 30, the MDX-a7II housing is compatible with all of SEA&SEA's premier NX ports in addition to the popular ML Ports.

  • Shutter lever, AF mode lever, AF-ON lever and movie record lever have all been designed with ergonomic shapes to provide easy control of the camera.
• Luminescent Buttons
  • Most levers and buttons glow in the dark, for ease of use at night.
• Compatible with NX & ML Sea & Sea Ports
  • new "ML-NX Converstion Ring 30" allows you to use the standard DSLR NX Ports on the housing.
• Optical YS-Converter Compatible
  • The Optical YS-Converter converts the cameras TTL signal to a light signal. Both TTL & Manual Strobe controls are compatible through a fiber optic cable connection.
• TTL ON/OFF Confirmation Indicator
  • A blue light indicates TTL mode activations and a green light indicates Manual mode activation.
• Adjustable Focus/Zoom Gear control
  • The Focus / Zoom Gear dial on the housing can be pulled out, allowing you to mount lenses with larger diameters with ease.
