Comprehensive Package for Ultimate Versatility

When you choose the AFCL-HD57, you get more than just a monitor. Our comprehensive package includes essential accessories such as the shade, ball mount, cable, bulkhead, and bulkhead adaptors compatible with the leading housing brands, including Aquatica, Nauticam, Sea & Sea, Subal, SEACAM, Ikelite, and ISOTTA. For those with different housing brands, Anglerfish also offers adapters to retrofit the existing bulkhead, ensuring compatibility. These adapters are made to order, catering to your specific needs.

Standard Battery

The regular Sony NP-F750 (4-cell, 7.2V rechargeable) lithium-ion battery pack is designed to fit the monitor. High-quality battery packs made by several aftermarket companies are compatible with the Sony brand. 4.50 hours of run time may be obtained from a battery with a 35Wh capacity. It is also possible to utilize a special 50Wh version that offers an operation period of up to 6.25 hours.

Housing Design

Our monitor housing is designed to seamlessly integrate with the electronic components, resulting in a sleek and low-profile design that reduces overall weight. This groundbreaking feature sets a new standard in the industry, allowing you to focus on capturing breathtaking footage without the burden of excessive equipment. The monitor is powered by a standard Sony F750 rechargeable battery, ensuring convenience and compatibility.

Bulkhead Design

Anglerfish custom bulkhead and cable connectors are specifically engineered to ensure optimal signal attenuation by minimizing impedance mismatch and reducing noise and cross talk. These high-quality connectors are capable of transmitting 4K signals. Unlike other monitor brands that rely on continuous cables for 4K transmission, their connectors are carefully impedance matched to the cable, offering superior performance. Using a continuous cable is not recommended as it can lead to potential housing floods if the cable fails, and it can be challenging to maintain a vacuum due to air leakage between the monitor and camera housing. Our vacuum-tight connectors provide a solution to these issues.

Anglerfish connectors are designed to withstand fatigue and cyclic use without failure. What sets them apart is their unique design, allowing users to remove the connector without needing to remove the bulkhead from the housing. Furthermore, the bulkhead is designed to deflect water droplets away from the signal contacts during wet connector removal. To ensure watertightness, the bulkhead comes with a cap.

When it comes to monitors, most manufacturers rely on a standard land-based HDMI cable that features a thin outer jacket. However, Anglerfish Creative Lighting has gone above and beyond by crafting their very own custom-designed underwater HDMI cable, capable of flawlessly transmitting signals up to 8K resolution. This groundbreaking cable features a solid core construction that can withstand the immense pressures of subsea environments.

What sets this cable apart is its exceptional durability. It is fully shielded and armored with a layer of Kevlar, providing unparalleled protection against external threats. To ensure longevity in the harsh subsea environment, the cable is further fortified with a 2mm thick TPU plastic, infused with UV stabilizers to safeguard it from direct sunlight exposure.
