AOI ALS-01 Aura Underwater Video & Snoot Light System
When it comes to underwater photography and videography, lighting is everything. The AOI ALS-01 Aura Underwater Video & Snoot Light System is a unique video light in that the color of the light can be customized from a color palette of 16.7 million colors using the mobile IOS App. The video light then has the ability to store 10 pre-selected colors that can be selected while shooting underwater, creating the opportunity to literally "paint with light" while shooting underwater.
The AOI ALS-01 video light is fitted with a 90° Wide Beam, equipped with an optical condenser that enhances the brightness, providing for an even light that produces great underwater video. The video light also comes with a snoot, that reduces the light spread down to 7°, that is ideal for shooting macro subjects, isolating them from the background.
The light utilises a single 18650 li-ion battery, which provides for 2.5hrs of burntime shooting at full capacity, which should be enough to cover 2 shallow water dives. The video light is depth rated to 100m, well within any recreational diving limits.
