When you come in for your measurement, wear as little as possible (a T-shirt, shorts, or bathing suit). All measurements should be taken with a soft tape measure pulled snug but not tight. Stand straight, looking forward with your feet flat on the floor. It's best to have help taking the measurements so you can remain in the optimal measuring stance.
