Ikelite DC3 6 Inch Dome

For Various Underwater Housings

The Ikelite DC3 6 Inch Dome has been designed to be used with the various Ikelite housings, please see list below.  The dome corrects the refraction to provide the full field of view. The dome is great for wide angle shooting and doing over unders or split shots. It magnifies the image by 1.33x and reduces the field of view. It also includes a dome shade which protects the dome and reduce the reflection. Around 3/4 of the camera's zoom range is usable with the dome installed.

Installation:

The dome replaces the standard port on the housing. Simply unthread the standard flat port and thread in the DC3 Dome unit. We recommend a rubber strap wrench commonly available at your local hardware store or as product # 0945.01 (not included). The included dome shade reduces reflections, protects the dome, and allows you to set the housing down on its face for easy assembly and disassembly.
