Ikelite Olympus TG-7 TG-6 Camera, Housing, Strobe Package
The Olympus TG-6 is the lastest part of the Tough Series - a series that is waterproof, compact, nearly indestructible underwater cameras. It is packed with great features, including a number of special modes which are optimized for underwater photography, like microscope mode for macro photos. It features a new, super-fast f/2.0 wide-angle lens, and a 12 MP image sensor that provides fantastic image quality. The camera also boasts an ability to capture 4K videos! Additional focusing features such as face detection AF, focus area selection, and manual focus, with or without assist and focus peaking, make this camera a breeze to shoot. This camera might as well be an instrument of science with built-in field sensors including a GPS, manometer, compass, and temperature sensor. The Olympus TG-6 sure can take a beating as it is waterproof (up to 50ft), shockproof, freezeproof, and crushproof!
As always, Ikelite housings are made from ABS polycarbonate blend which provides a combination of strength and lightweight qualities. It is also durable and can reach up to depths of 60m (200 ft). The Ikelite Olympus TG-6 underwater housing features a side-mounted shutter release and their new zoom control for easy operation. The housing port is 67mm threaded which makes it compatible to multiple wet lenses.
The package comes with everything you need to capture stunning photos. The camera and housing is mounted on a single arm tray which provides you the stability when shooting. The arms and clams, allows you to move the strobes around to achieve the perfect strobe position. The strobe is fired via fiber optic cable.
