Anodized aluminum tray with a hard finish and cozy rubberized handle grips. Ikelite trimmed 1/4 lb (454 g) from our old Dual Tray with Handles because Ikelite realized that every ounce counts when traveling. The mounting holes are situated for any housing with a centrally threaded mounting point or Ikelite housings with a 3-inch gap between mounts. A tripod can be fastened straight to the tray's bottom thanks to a central 1/4-20 threaded hole.
Over the years, the Ikelite Quick Release handle has grown in popularity as a way to attach and release your lighting arm with a single button press. Don't accept any alternatives.
Use the optional Hardware Kit for Non-Ikelite Housings to mount to a non-Ikelite housing using a central 1/4-20 threaded mount.
Use the supplementary Hardware Kit for 12-24 Ikelite Housings to mount to an older Ikelite housing that has 12-24 threaded mounts.
