Inon UWL-95S Wide Angle Conversion Lens
XD Mount
The Inon UWL-95S Wide Angle Conversion Lens provides a field of view of 95° underwater and 159° on land. The XD Mount provides convenience when attaching or removing the lens from your housing, no need to screw in the lens and check if the threads are aligned. The lens is small and compact, it has an outer diameter of 95mm and a length of 48.5mm which makes it very handly and great to travel with.
The lens features a newly designed optic which suppresses flares & ghosting even on backlit shots with its Anti-Reflection Coating (AR-Coating) and provides a tack-sharp high quality image. It also requires very little focusing distance. Subject right in front of the lens would not be out of focus.
New "XD Mount"
One-touch lens installation and removal are possible thanks to the newly developed "XD Mount." In order to preserve the optical performance of the lens, the "XD Mount" is thin, has a lock function, and is highly durable. You may connect and remove a lens simultaneously by utilizing the " XD Mount " on the housing.
Compact & Portable
It is portable because to its small size, which measures 48.5mm in length and 90mm in outer diameter. The total set size is kept small when mounted on a housing by the "XD Mount"'s slim design, which doesn't compromise lens optical performance.
Dual use land/underwater
Maximum view angle underwater is 95° which gets widen to 159° when using on land providing fisheye images without complicated and expensive gears.
Super wide option
Optional Dome Lens Unit IIIA, Dome Lens Unit IIIG widens original view angle to approx. 141°.
Minimum Focusing Distance 0 cm
A subject just in front of the lens or distant seascape never get out of focus. The lens won’t limit shooting distance.
Usable through the whole lens Zoom Range
Unlike conventional wide conversion lenses, which are recommended to be used only at zoom wide end as zooming results in poor image quality in peripheral areas, this lens manages to keep high quality image regardless of camera's zoom setting.
Optical Anti-Reflection Coating (AR-Coating)
All component lenses are finished with optical anti-reflective coating, which thoroughly suppresses flare and ghosting providing stable image quality in backlit scenes where flare and ghosting are likely to occur.
