With a compensation depth of 3.5m, the Spectrum Filter SF -1.5 precisely compensates for light absorption throughout the water column. At this depth, your camera captures a spectrum akin to shooting at the water's surface, producing stunning and lifelike visuals.
No matter the water color, from blue to green, the SF -1.5 offers optimal performance. It performs exceptionally well within a depth range of 2 to 15 meters, ensuring you achieve the desired effect in various underwater environments. Additionally, the filter provides a damping effect equivalent to a loss of 1.5 stops, enabling you to control the exposure effortlessly.
For deeper depths, we recommend utilizing either the SF -3.5 B (designed for blue water) or the SF -3.5 G (ideal for green water). These specialized filters further enhance color accuracy in specific underwater conditions, ensuring your images are nothing short of breathtaking.
