Underwater Video with the Kraken Hydra 4000 WRGBU Video Light
This incredible underwater video was captured with the NEW Kraken Hydra 4000 WRGBU during our underwater photo workshop to the Sea of Cortez in September. We used the Kraken 4000s for both wide angle and macro video and were able to capture some very unique underwater moments. The light features a 4000 lumen beam, which is 500 more lumens for the same price of the original Kraken 3500s+. The beam angle of the Kraken 4000 is 100 degrees underwater, with a CRI rating of 90 - making the colors rendered by the light very true to life. There are also some ergonomic updates, like a new three button control panel that lets you easily move your power up and down in small increments. There is know doubt that the Kraken 4000 is now one of the top mid-range video lights on the market.Â
