Housing Locking System
The dual locking sytem design provides security and minimal effort to lock your housing. In addition, it has a special feature which prevents accidental unlocking but still very easy to open if you need to change your battery or memory card.
Port Locking Design
Secures your port and port extensions in place with one simple click with its built-in locking system.
Flash Trigger (not included)
The optional flash trigger converts the electronic signal from your camera into a light signal which triggers your strobe. The flash trigger also has a very long battery life - 10,000 triggers with the (2) CR2032 batteries
Camera Plate
The housing comes with a quick release camera plate which makes camera installation a breeze. Also, the plate locks in place to the housing and can be easily be installed and removed. Once in place, the camera is secure to the housing.

Sony A7R III & A7III Compatibility
The Sony A7R III and the Sony A7 III are both full-frame mirrorless camera bodies made by Sony, and both have a lot in common. There are several differences, all of which lie internally. Due to the bosies being identical, these cameras are inter-changeable in most housings made for the Sony A7R III.
Here are some differences between the two cameras - all of which lie internally:
- Resolution: The Sony A7R III has a higher resolution than the Sony A7 III. The A7R III has a 42.4 megapixel sensor, while the A7 III has a 24.2 megapixel sensor.
- Autofocus system: The autofocus system in the A7R III is more advanced than the one in the A7 III. The A7R III has 399 phase detection AF points and 425 contrast detection AF points, while the A7 III has 693 phase detection AF points and 425 contrast detection AF points.
- Burst shooting: The A7R III can shoot at 10 frames per second (fps) with autofocus and auto-exposure tracking, while the A7 III can shoot at 10 fps but without autofocus and auto-exposure tracking.
- Video capabilities: Both cameras can shoot 4K video, but the A7 III can shoot full-frame 4K while the A7R III can shoot Super 35mm 4K.
