The Mares Dual ADJ 62X Dive Regulator is one of the smallest diving regulators that Mares has ever made, therefore making this the perfect travel regulator for divers all over the world. The first stage uses DFC (Dynamic Flow Control) system which guarantees high and constant air flow in any depth. It also includes the AST (Auto Sealing Technology) which stops water from entering the first stage. Features and Specifications
The Mares Dual ADJ 62X regulator is one of the compact first stages in the diving market. It measures 63mm and weighs 464g (DIN) This small but powerful membrane first stage is 10% smaller and lighter than its 52X predecessor and has 30% less volume. The balanced Piston (TBP) makes this one of the best-performing regulators even in cold water. The all-metal second stage offers high thermo-conductivity, making it one of the best-performing regulators, even under the harshest conditions. With performance standards that exceed expectations at 200m and proven technology at 400m, the Mares Dual ADJ 62X is ready to live up to the high standards divers have come to expect from Mares regulators.
First Stage Features
The Mares 62X TBP first stage is the first from Mares to be equipped with a dual piston, anti-freeze kit. The 62X first stage is also equipped with AST (Auto Sealing Technology), which protects against water entering the first stage and uses a DFC (Dynamic Flow Control) system which ensures high, constant airflow. It's also the smallest first stage in the market, making it great for travelling.
Second Stage Features
The DUAL ADJ 62X stage features a PAD (Pneumatically Assisted Design) system in combination with a VAD (Vortex Assisted Design) system patented by Mares. This synergy allows for high airflow, offering smooth, comfortable breathing at all depths and in extreme temperatures. With no moving parts inside the bypass, the potential formation of ice crystals when diving in cold water is not a problem.
The Dual ADJ 62X second stage is equipped with a large, pivoting purge button and a knob for easy adjustment of breathing comfort, even when wearing gloves. The Dual ADJ 62X regulator uses a Superflex low-pressure hose which guarantees high comfort during use thanks to its light weight and flexibility.
