It is made from aircraft grade aluminum and the housing design has been well thought off. Erogonomics is excellent, all important camera controls are accessible through the housing and buttons, levers & dials are readily avaialble at your fingertips.
The housing set also comes with tons of items such as 250mm glass dome port, 3 extension rings (30mm, 40mm, 50mm), vacuum valve, Anton Bauer Battery Plate and even a Pelican hard carrying case!

Enhanced Control
Controls for the Arri Alexa Mini & Mini LF's GPB-1 can be controlled through the housing and is customizable to suit your needs.
LED Indicator Lights
Indicator lights for the power, vacuum and tally are completely visible from the back. This also provides you that everything is running properly and ensures that you won't miss a precious moment you want to capture. It also gives you a real-time information that the housing is water-tight.
Integrated GPB-1
The Nauticam Arri Alexa Mini & LF Digital Cinema Camera Housing features an integrated Arri GPB-1 controller which is linked to assignable buttons on the housing
Universal Lens Control System
The Lens Control System is compatible with various lenses available. You can adjust the gears back and forth to match the lens. No tools are required with its thumb screw design to secure the gears in place. A “C” Shaped support ring is used with very long zoom lenses, providing structural support that allows for precise control.
Accessory Mounting
There are a lot of 1/4-20, 3/8-16, and 10mm threaded accessory mounting location on the housing. These allows accessories such as monitors, video lights, tripods, jib plates and other accessories to be conviently positioned. The housing also includes two 3/4″ Hydroflex Bulkheads for the power, remote control, and remote monitor cable
Iris, Zoom and Focus Control Knobs
The housing features an oversized mechanical zoom and focus knobs with erasable surfaces for focus/zoom position marks. The internal gearing is moved away quickly via a small external lever to allow removal of the camera without disruption of focus/zoom gear alignment.
Adjustable Handles
The side handles are very easy to install, simply slide the side and top handle into the dovetail grooves which securely lock in place. You can adjust the those underwater to fine tune your comfortability.
Housing Locking Latches
Nauticam housing locking latches are very simple and easy to use to close your housing. It only requires very little hand strength and securely closes the housing back in place. It has been designed to prevent accidental opening yet very easy to open for a quick battery or memory card change.
Patented Port Locking System
The signature port locking system fron Nauticam securely mounts the port to the housing using the lever without any twisting or threading action. Nauticam also offers various locking port extensions for diffent lenses and the dome will never twist even with long extension rings.
Other Features:
- Battery Configuration - The housing includes the Anton Bauer “Gold Mount” battery plate and LEMO connector. This provides flexibility to use different sizes battery packs to be used with the housing.
- Weight and Trim Bracket - a sliding weight bracket allows you to further adjust the trim & buoyancy of your underwater camera rig.
