It is small, compact and sturdy underwater housing which has superb ergonomics. It allows immediate access to all essential controls within easy reach of the handles, allowing the shooter to make adjustments without having to take their eyes off the screen. It also features the DSLR style ergonomic handles with stainless steel stiffening brackets. The underside of the housing has mounting points for use with the Tripod Mounting Ball Set removing the use for a bulky tripod plate
Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K (Leica L)
With their new Cinema Camera 6K, Blackmagic Design makes next-generation digital film capture accessible to everyone. This high-end camera, which is based around a full-frame 6K sensor and an active Leica L lens mount, has accurate skin tones, vibrant colors, a broad 13-stop dynamic range, and an integrated OLPF filter (optical low pass) that is designed specifically for the enormous 24 x 35mm sensor. The capacity to simultaneously record deep bit-depth Blackmagic Raw and H.264 proxies to Blackmagic Cloud will be valued by ENG users and other mobile shooters. The Pocket Cinema Camera line is improved with the Cinema Camera 6K, but all of the PCC accessories can still be used with it.
New Full Frame Sensor
A huge full-frame sensor with a native resolution of 6048 x 4032 to capture shots with a shallow depth of focus for a truly cinematic appearance. This sensor allows the use of anamorphic lenses uncropped.
With dual native 400 and 3200 ISOs going up to 25,600, the sensor's 13 stops of dynamic range produces excellent, low-noise shots in all lighting circumstances, even direct sunlight and very low light levels.
The New Leica L Mount
The Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K's full-frame sensor now accommodates the Leica L lens mount, which also guarantees compatibility with both modern and antique lenses. The most recent full-frame lenses from companies like Leica, Panasonic, and Sigma are compatible with the L mount due to its huge 51.6mm diameter.
With a very small flange distance of only 20mm, it is very simple to install Canon EF, ARRI PL, and other adapters for a range of lens mounts without sacrificing image quality.
For suitable lenses, the separately sold EF adapter enables lens control and data transfer.
