Nauticam Weapon LT For RED DSMC2 Camera System
Nauticam Weapon LT Underwater Housing is the smallest, lightest and easiest to operate underwater housing available for the RED Digital Cinema Cameras. It is also very easy to setup and can be taken underwater in just minutes. Since the housing is small and light, it is very easy to travel with and can even be used while freediving.
The housing uses the Nauticam N120 port system which allows even large diameter lenses.
Key Features:
Patented Port Locking System
The Nauticam port locking lever has become Nauticams signature feature as it does not require any twisting or threading to mount the port. It locks the port securely to the housing. Nauticam also provides locking port extensions, which means a dome will never twist, even when used with a long extension ring.
Mission Controls
Nauticam has always been known to provide housings with great ergonomics and this housing lives up to their reputation. The housing provides easy to access controls to essential exposure and custom controls of the RED Sidekick from the Weapon LT housing handles.
Zoom and Focus Knobs
The Weapon LT features oversized mechanical zoom and focus knobs with erasable surfaces for focus/zoom position marks. The internal gearing is moved away quickly via a small external lever to allow removal of the camera without disruption of focus/zoom gear alignment.
Double Battery Support
The rear cover of the housing is able to handle a double-stacked battery array when using supported battery systems, which allows for additional time between battery changes.
SDI/LEMO Monitor Support
SDI and LEMO monitors support is now available with supported REDTOUCH and third-party monitors including the SmallHD via optional bulkheads.
Tripod and Skid Mounting Points
The housing has 4 integrated attachment points which can be used when adding optional tripod legs or skids. This provides great flexibility to the user.
