This is a wet macro lens for the Recsea S95 & Recsea S100 housing.  There are two flip down diopters allowing use of one or both simultaneously to optimize magnification for the shooting situation. This lens fits over the entire port preventing vignetting if the camera is not zoomed in.
This is a great lens because you can either use one of the diopters, or both diopters together for more magnification.
