Sealife have been known to provide great underwater imaging gear at an afforable price-point, and now they are bringing a wide angle dome lens for the SeaLife DC2000. The lens provides 100% more field of view which allows the photographer to get close to the subject and still fit everything into the frame.
The lens uses high grade optical glass components arranged in a 5 element/5 group array with an integrated dome lens port that delivers crisp edge-to-edge sharpness. All optical elements are fully, multi-coated to prevent internal glare and maximize light transmission. The inner airspace is back-filled with nitrogen to prevent fogging in extreme temperature conditions. The rotatable light shade prevents unwanted glare from external lighting or sunlight, as well as protect the dome lens from bumps and abrasion.
