Buyers can return unused equipment in identical condition within 10 days. Sellers receive credit within 45 days of a sale.

Where does my used gear appear on Bluewater Photo's Website?
Bluewater Photo's product listings rank highly in google. Everytime you list a product with us it will be easily seen in a google search. All used gear can also be found on our used gear page: https://www.bluewaterphotostore.com/clearance
How do I know when my product is listed and sold?
Bluewater Photo will send you and email when your product is listed and sold!
What if I sold my product when it was listed?
Please inform Bluewater Photo immediately. Failure to do so can result in suspension from the program.
How do I get paid?
Payment will be distributed to the Seller within 45 days of the expired return window in the form of Bluewater Photo store credit. Bluewater Photo will deduct 25% of the list price from the credit as a listing fee.
Can a buyer return the purchased gear? Can I charge a restocking fee?
Yes! Buyer can return item(s) for a refund within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If item(s) are not returned in the condition they were sold, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer up to a 15% restocking fee.
For what new gear can I use the Bluewater Photo credit?
You may use Bluewater Photo credit for any of the items we sell except our trips and photoworkshops.
As a used gear buyer, how do I return the item I purchased?

Is Bluewater Photo responsible for the condition of the used gear or behavior of the buyer/seller?
At Bluewater Photo, we will do everything we can to fight fraud. However, this program is not 100% fraud proof. We are not responsible for the condition of the used gear, issues during shipping, and behavior of the seller/buyer. However, we do have strict rules to use this program, as ourlined in our sign up form above, and reserve the right to ban sellers from the program.
