The Sigma 8-16mm 4.5-5.6 DC HSM Lens is an super wide angle lens which is great for shooting sharks, whales and reefscapes. It is the first wide angle lens with a minimum focal length of 8mm. It features FLD glass which produces similar performance as flourite, it helps color aberration. In addition, it also has hybrid aspherical lens and glass mold elements which provides excellent correction. Â
