Ultralight has released their redesigned version of the AD-HS-YS Hot Shoe YS Mount for better security. It now uses a square plate instead of a washer. So, if ever the hot shoe mount becomes loose, the lip of the square plate will catch the housing and will not slide right off. This adapter connects to the hot shoe of the housing and allows you to directly attach a light or other accessory through the YS-Mount.
